Warwick Property Services principally covers Swindon and surrounding areas but also farther afield where this is economically viable for the client. We have been providing a competitive, high quality, property maintenance service for 7 years and are happy to undertake almost any job large or small.

We work for letting agents, landlords, private house owners, businesses and associations on single jobs or on regular contract.

We offer competitively priced services and our quotations and site surveys (where necessary) are free and without obligation.

Our approach is very flexible and always aims to put service and quality first. Most of our work comes to us through mouth to mouth recommendation and we are proud of our reputation for achieving first class results with economy and fairness.

We supply all materials and, unless otherwise arranged, remove all waste and leave the site clean and tidy. We are also happy to install materials you have acquired yourself such as bathroom suites or kitchen units. We will work with you to provide exactly the service you are looking for.

PRIVATE HOME OWNERS

Building and decorating work within the home has it's drawbacks. We understand that your home needs to be looked after and will try to ensure the minimum of disruption and inconvenience. Our quotations are always fair, reasonable and competitive and give an accurate expectation of the final bill. If unexpected deviations occur we will discuss the impact immediately. LETTING AGENTS AND LANDLORDS

We are very experienced at working on rented property. We understand the rented homes and lettings business and we are experienced at understanding the needs of agents and landlords who often must have a responsive, effective service which must also be economical. We are always contactable on site and can usually respond quickly where urgency is required such as for water leaks or security issues. We are happy to quote for regular contracts or single jobs.
